For our site Diehl Metering GmbH in Ansbach, Nuremberg (Germany), Saint-Louis (France) or Bazanowice (Poland), we are looking for a:
Product Manager (m/f/d) Cyber Security
- You continuously monitor network activities for potential threats, analyze security incidents and implement mitigating measures.
- You conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, identify security risks and develop strategies to effectively mitigate them.
- You configure firewalls, antivirus systems and security protocols with a focus on prevention and ensure compliance with cyber security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 or GDPR.
- You will lead employee training on cyber security best practices and work with cross-functional teams to improve the overall security posture.
- You maintain detailed records of security policies, incidents, and remediation actions and regularly report the security status to the divisional board.
- You have a bachelor's degree in cyber security, computer science or a related field and proven experience in cyber security, e.g. as a security analyst or penetration tester.
- You have industry certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+ or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
- You have strong communication skills to train staff and work effectively with other teams.
- You are able to develop solutions under pressure, in crisis or emergency situations, and you can adapt to evolving technologies and new cyber threats.
- You have excellent spoken and written English skills; German, French or Polish are a plus.
