Location: Langenfeld (+ longer on-site assignment in the US)


  • Fly high: Collaborate closely with senior management in the US and the Headquarter in Langenfeld on operational und strategical business initiatives across the US market
  • M&A Mindset: Contribute to M&A initiatives and post-merger integration efforts, helping align teams, structures & processes, conduct efficiency analysis and business priorities
  • Be up-to-date: Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities
  • Make it happen: Drive business development activities with strong focus on the US market, building partnerships and identifying expansion potential
  • Sharing is caring: Facilitate the transfer of innovative products and services from Headquarter into the US market
  • Show off: Prepare business cases, presentations, and reports for key stakeholders and executive leadership

  • Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience & expertise: several years of hands-on experience in Business Development, ideally with exposure to international M&A projects and post-merger integration
  • Work style & personality: Strategic thinker with a self-driven, structured approach, strong analytical mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • US focus: Prior educational or professional experience with the US market or strong understanding of its business culture and regulatory landscape are a plus
  • Language skills: Fluent in English (C1+); German language skills are a plus
