The Singapore Embassy in Germany was established in April 1973 in Bonn and moved its premises to Berlin on 10 August 1999. The Embassy is currently located at Voßstraße 17, near Potsdamer Platz. The mission of the Embassy is to build strong and enduring bilateral relations with Germany, a close and important partner of Singapore.
The Singapore Embassy in Berlin is looking for a Property Maintenance Assistant to join our dynamic team (full-time, fixed-term for 2 years).
- Handling procurement-related matters;
- Management of the Embassy's properties (including working with appointed vendors on maintenance and repair works);
- Management of the Embassy's fixed assets;
- Planning and organising official events;
- Covering officer for the duties of the Consular Officer; and
- Handling other administrative duties as required.
- Possess a university degree, or an equivalent professional certificate;
- Good proficiency of English and German (written and spoken);
- Resourceful, organised, meticulous, and a team player;
- Work independently under pressure and open to trying different tasks;
- Enjoys interacting with people from different walks of life.
