About Us
We are a leading global supplier in the electronics passive components industry, with our headquarters in Taiwan. As we expand our presence in the European market, we are seeking an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and align with our global sales strategy.
Role Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key customers in the European region, ensuring alignment with our global account management (GAM) strategy. This role will report directly to the Local Sales Manager, while also coordinating with HQ teams such as Marketing, Global Account Management (GAM) Leaders, and Product Development to drive sales performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Sales Growth
- Manage and develop key customer relationships within the assigned territory.
- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in OEMs, EMS, and distribution channels.
Customer Engagement & Business Development
- Work closely with customers on design-in activities and AVL (Approved Vendor List) penetration.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements to optimize business performance.
Collaboration with Global & Regional Teams
- Align with HQ's Marketing, GAM Leaders, and Product Teams on global customer strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with logistics, engineering, and quality teams to meet customer needs.
- Support supply chain coordination to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics in the Europe region.
- Provide insights and recommendations to HQ on market expansion strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 3-7 years of B2B sales or account management experience in the electronics components industry (passive components preferred).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and technical sales skills.
Language: Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Travel: Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally to HQ in Taiwan.
