- Recent and relevant sales management experience, able to demonstrate successful leadership of direct or virtual teams.
- Experience in a technology customer-facing environment supporting customer outcomes with complex solutions.
- Ability to identify common needs and issues across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field experience.
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building internally and with customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
