We, EOS – world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our IT Digital Workplace Service Team in Krailling and Maisach (hybrid working possible).

- Act as the primary IT point of contact for planning and overseeing media technology systems, including audio, video, presentation, and collaboration tools.
- Provide end-user support for audio, video, presentation, and collaboration technologies.
- Lead the technical planning and execution of company events – whether digital, hybrid, or in-person.
- Coordinate with service providers and technology partners as required.
- During your daily business as an IT Workplace Engineer, you deliver 2nd-level technical support.
- Implement, monitor, and operate digital workplace solutions, including Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- Experience with AV technologies, including video conferencing systems such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Proficiency in audio and video technology platforms (e.g., Webex, MS Teams, Zoom) and strong technical knowledge of IT systems, conferencing devices, and workplace technologies.
- Hands-on experience with hardware, such as laptops (Dell and Apple), mobile devices, peripherals (monitors, docking stations), and Cisco conferencing equipment as well as digital / hybrid event technology, such as vMix, SDI, NDI, and PTZ cameras.
- Broad experience with Microsoft 365 services.
- Good English language skills, German language skills are a plus.
