- Leadership & Supply Chain Expertise: Extensive experience in multi-level personnel management and a profound understanding of global logistics processes across the entire supply chain.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship management and excellent communication skills across multiple cultures and geographies.
- Strategic & Collaborative Approach: Proven abilities in strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and solving complex challenges.
- Cultural Intelligence & Leadership: High level of cultural competence on a global scale, paired with strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Language Skills & Travel Flexibility: Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, with a willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
