- Act as the SAP application and business process expert for the Service function within LPT, advocating for functionality requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the S/4HANA project team and divisional service stakeholders.
- Lead the project and change management efforts related to the S/4HANA rollout with a strong focus on Service.
- Provide ongoing support to LPT service operations post-SAP go-live.
- Monitor rollout progress and report updates to your manager, the S/4HANA rollout team, and LPT divisional leadership.
- Act as the central point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across national and international sites.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial service environment (e.g., Field Service, Spare Parts Management, In-house Repair, or Equipment Rental).
- Proven experience in leading projects and managing change, ideally within an ERP implementation context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage costs under pressure.
- Solid understanding of the SAP SD module; knowledge of the SAP Service module or service-related functionalities in other modules is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of the local language is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
