For our market in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager (m/f/d) to ensure the company's finance function is organized and efficient, partnering with our operations and clients to achieve top company results.
- Manage the finance department and compliance matters:
- Compiling business results, cash flow reports and support business forecasts
- Supervising and working with the Finance and Admin team to manage daily finance tasks and ensure completion of the team's duties
- Supervising the office facility tasks
- Supervising and managing the car fleet
- The role will include responsibilities at procurement level including:
- Ensuring procurement processes and routines, approving purchases, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining supplier relationships
- Contributing to policy improvements, managing quality and compliance audits, and ensuring adherence to company terms and conditions
- Leading changes, discovering profitable suppliers, initiating partnerships, and examining contracts for risks and improvements
- Additional temporary tasks according to Company needs

Your education and expertise
- University degree in accounting, finance or economics or equivalent job experience
- 5 years of experience in accounting and finance in a medium or large sized company and 2 years of team management experience
- Local tax and accounting experience (international accounting experience would be a plus)
- Experience in financial analysis and accounting tools (e.g. JD Edwards, Smartview and Oracle)
- Full professional communication in both German and English (minimum level of C1), other European languages would be a plus
