What will this role involve?
- Creation of sales materials, digital platforms, collateral and other marketing tools
- Monitoring and analysis of competitor activities including analytical market data, market shares and sales trend analysis
- Development of new markets when appropriate and serve as an input to the Senior product manager on this topic.
- Drive new product / market launches
- Management of product upgrades, development and line extensions into the market
- Define and manage key conferences and symposia's to be attended, ensuring a good business case and return on investment through solid objectives
- Job holder has day do day working relationships with internal departments: Commercial team, Regulatory, Legal, Clinical, R&D, Supply and Operations, as well as with suppliers as needed
- Travel up to 30%
What we're looking for?
- Previous relevant experience in medical device marketing (especially laparoscopic or gynaecologic devices) and operating room environment
- Marketing Degree and Surgical knowledge is desirable
- A collaborator – willingness and passion to partner with multiple stakeholders to achieve goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including training and presentations
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize activities
- Ability to use IT packages such as Word, Excel, Power Point and AI tools
- Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation
- Excellent analytical skills with spreadsheets and numerical analysis skills
- Project management skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work on own initiative, yet work well within a team culture
- Highly motivated, able to work in a fast paced environment with continual change
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English and French
- Office based in France or Germany with the option of working remote several days per week
