Global Senior HR Business Partner (f/m/x)
In this position your daily work and responsibilities will be mainly based on these four pillars:
Strategic Alignment throughout the global departments
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR strategies are in line with the global business objectives and act as a consultant to them
Talent Management
- Oversee succession planning and leadership development programs to ensure a pipeline of capable leaders
- Liaise with the local HR People Management on daily operative HR tasks
Employee Engagement and Culture
- Foster a positive organizational culture that reflects the company's values and supports employee engagement across different countries and regions
Change Management and Organizational Development
- Support change management initiatives
- Identify and address areas for improvement in organizational processes and structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
In the beginning you will in addition give operational advice and support for assigned departments and you are the first point of contact locally for managers and employees in the areas to be supported on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration - preferably with a focus on HR - or, for example, a degree in social sciences with knowledge of business administration:
- A minimum of 8 - 10 years of professional experience in the role of HR Business Partner
- Experience in a strategically oriented role
- Strong interpersonal and team skills and intercultural competence
- Sound communication skills, diplomatic skills and assertiveness paired with cost awareness and a high level of commitment and initiative
- Fluency in English and German; knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP HR
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20 %)
- Affinity for process and digitalization topics
