Established in 1973, Samsung Electro-Mechanics has become a remarkable developer and manufacturer of key electronic components not only in Korea but also in other parts of the world. The full name of Samsung Electro-Mechanics in English is referring again to electronics and machinery.
Samsung Electro-Mechanics began with a focus on production of audio/video parts and laid the foundation for the technological independence of Korea's parts industry. In the 1980s, we diversified our business areas into materials and computer parts. Subsequently, in the 1990s, we focused on developing promising next-generation products such as chip parts, mobile communication parts, and optical parts.

Application Engineer (AE) - Automotive Camera (m/f/d)
Location: Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main
- Design and implementation of camera-based solutions for ADAS
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product R&D, software engineering and OEM customer support, to ensure high-quality product delivery and customer satisfaction
- Support OEM customers with technical inquiries, product integration, and troubleshooting related to camera system
- Participate in internal project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution
- A university degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field
- 3+ years of professional experience in the automotive industry, specifically in ADAS technologies (Radar, Lidar, Camera systems)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Skill of leaving well-organized meeting minutes after a meeting with customers & internal teams
- Fluent in German and English
