  • Foster Growth: Manage and expand the existing customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize market potential.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Customer Development: Supports the development and implementation of marketing plans if needed; maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activities related to your business and customers
  • Customer Visits: sometimes jointly with the company area sales manager, hold product and company presentations, competitor monitoring, participate at trade shows, create offers for standard machines and negotiations.
  • Collaboration & Transparency: Work closely with internal teams and area sales managers to ensure seamless customer support and information sharing.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage negotiations, develop compelling proposals, and close deals to meet sales objectives.
  • Market Insight: Conduct competitor analysis, participate in trade shows, and deliver impactful product and company presentations.

About You

We are seeking a proactive professional with proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the consumer packaging or industrial equipment industry. The ideal candidate possesses strong strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, the role requires flexibility to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR business studies with experience selling engineered capital equipment
  • Value-based sales experience
  • Experience with technical capital equipment sales; Aerosol industry a plus
  • Experience with CRM
  • German and French knowledge considered a plus!
  • Prior Consumer Packaging Equipment sales preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/business experience
  • Ability to travel up to 60-70 % of the time
  • Genuine technical interest
  • Selling skills using a defined sales process
