We all gotta start somewhere. The OOONO journey started on the road. It started as a tech-based substitute for flashing lights and honking horns. A community-driven device that allowed drivers to easily share traffic information without the honk-honk. Smart.
We came to realise that when enabling drivers to share traffic information, they became more aware of changing road conditions and their driving behavior, making roads more predictable and safer. Not a bad side-effect.

Some say retail is dead. You say retail is everything but dead - with the right mindset and approach.
And we're living proof to back you up. From 2022 until 2024 we've increased our retail sales by roughly 800% (that's a lot. Like a lot-a lot).
It goes without saying that we want to keep the good vibes going. And this is where you come in: We need your expertise to help us keep growing across markets, including Denmark, Italy, and UK, but with a main focus on Germany.
You'll be responsible for driving in-store visibility, campaign planning, and demand generation at our different retailer partners. Also, you'll be optimising trade marketing strategies, ensuring that marketing tools are adapted to different retail chains.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that enhance in-store visibility across different retail chains
- Design and execute point-of-sale (POS) marketing campaigns tailored to channel-specific requirements
- Ensure optimal product placement, brand positioning, and promotional materials at key retailer locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to understand their requirements and tailor trade marketing efforts accordingly
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key retail partners to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies
- Identify key sales-driving levers per channel and implement effective trade marketing tactics to increase demand
- Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
We imagine you're someone who has
- 5-10 years of experience in trade marketing, retail sales, or shopper marketing
- Experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or shopper marketing, preferably within consumer electronics, automotive accessories, or FMCG
- Expertise in in-store visibility strategies, POS activation, and retail merchandising.
- Ability to develop and implement channel-specific marketing tools and promotional activities
- Experience in planning and optimizing retail promotions, in-store campaigns, and digital marketing integrations
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to collaborate with retail partners.
- Knowledge of channel segmentation, pricing models, and GTM execution.
We'd love it if you have
- Proven track record of executing successful in-store marketing campaigns
- Experience working with key retailers, mass-market chains, and specialty stores
- Fluency in English and either German or Danish
How is it working at OOONO?
We're glad we asked. It's a nice working place. As in nice-nice. We have a relaxed, informal atmosphere and a flat hierarchy. Whenever you need a break from your important work stuff, you can get beat in table tennis, foosball, or just smalltalk about the weather by the coffee machine. We have monthly social events where we do anything from go-karting to going to festivals.
