- You will support our sales team by working closely with the local sales teams to create, manage and maintain a sales plan by channel and model.
- You will identify technology trends and end user requirements. With this information, you will drive the development and implementation of merchandising strategies and support our business expansion.
- Working closely with the DACH team, you will initiate and propose market and customer-focused products and technologies based on market and consumer research / facts and contribute to the development of new products.
- You will keep our internal stakeholders and business partners informed by presenting product and marketing strategies.
- You will also be responsible for planning, executing, creating and implementing an annual business plan. You will manage the PSI, KPI and P/L controls and ensure the effective execution of the product life cycle.
- You have a degree with a focus on business administration, marketing or a comparable focus.
- You can demonstrate at least 3 years of professional experience as a product manager (m/f/d) or a track record in product marketing.
- You have strong numerical and analytical skills, as well as exceptional negotiation skills.
- You have a willingness to travel due to required occasional travel.
- You are creative, have a far-sighted approach and a high affinity for kitchen appliances.
- Very good knowledge of German and English and the ability to work in a team round off your profile.
