IATP is an independent Airlines organization, founded in 1948, counting today on 135 airlines and 43 associate members (suppliers and manufacturers). Its aim is to enable airlines to share resources in the field of technical support. The activities of IATP cover aircraft spare parts, ground equipment, manpower for technical handling, aircraft recovery equipment, and recently arrived engines pooling. IATP airlines operate worldwide and pooling activities cover most large transport aircraft.
IATP is an organization managed by the member airlines through an elected Advisory Committee and an appointed Management Board.

The IATP is a convention of Airlines sharing Technical Resources to generate economic savings and support on time dispatch reliability and operational safety.

Technical Resources Definition
Technical Resources includes, but not limited to, aircraft spare parts, line maintenance, ground handling equipment, aircraft recovery kits and technical training.
We are looking for an Operations and Projects Coordinator for IATP S.A, the Luxembourgish subsidiary wholly owned by IATP Technical Resources Inc., the Canadian mother Company. This is an exciting opportunity for a brilliant talent who is looking for a dynamic role tailored for a fast-moving individual willing to do and learn.
The successful resource will provide support and coordination to the Company's ongoing and future projects: these involve and/or may involve all pooling sections of the organization, such as Parts, Equipment, Line Maintenance, Aircraft Recovery, and Engine Pooling. This activity could also require changes to the business logic of the IT platform currently in use, which will need to be coordinated too, involving all relevant stakeholders.
The selected candidate is also expected to provide a general coordination of the project(s) running in the IATP Committees and aimed to support the Airlines operations.
Based on the international character of IATP an excellent command of English (at least B.1) is a key requirement as well as an open mindset pleased to work in team and in a true multicultural field.
The selected candidate will be inserted into an intensive on the job-training program where she/he will have the possibility to learn how pooling works and identify spaces for improvements, together with the Airlines representatives.
The resource we are looking for is a real organizer, self-starter with a strong spirit of initiative and internal Customer support vocation, Problem-solving skill, ability to work under stress and diligent attention to the costs are mandatory. She/he will also have great multitasking, organization, and time planning skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and an elegant presentation. Strong capacity on team working is a must.

Job Location
The position is based at the IATP Corporate Office in Luxembourg, travelling abroad at worldwide level, during the Conferences and for any other meeting.
Required Education & Experience
- Brilliant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aircraft & Aviation preferred
- 3/ 5 years of experience in the Transport Maintenance sector, Aviation preferential
- Experience in Operations and Project Coordination is an asset
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English (writing, speaking, understanding), min level B1, preferably certified by a recognized course (FCE/BEC); additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Project is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, international, multi-cultural environment
