Business Developer in Germany and Benelux (d/f/m)

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Developer to lead our market expansion and sales growth in Germany and Benelux. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry connections, sales expertise, and a passion for beauty – particularly K-Beauty. The Business Developer will be responsible for developing partnerships, managing sales operations, driving brand visibility, and executing marketing initiatives.

As part of a fast-growing company, adaptability and problem-solving skills are essential. You will be responsible for structuring the local sales and marketing approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to secure partnerships, optimize logistics, and launch new beauty brands successfully. Be a key driver in expanding Orien Trade's market presence in Germany and Benelux!!


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, curating the best K-Beauty portfolio, introducing new brands, and enhancing consumer engagement.

  • Plan and implement sales promotions, brand-building initiatives, and activations via retailer campaigns, influencer marketing, social media, and Glowstation events.

  • Align product launches with Supply & Orders teams and collaborate with Marketing, agencies, and Glowstation to ensure smooth execution.

  • Work closely with the Korean brand management team, providing insights on new launches, marketing, and sales performance to secure more brand support and onboard new brands.

  • Oversee client relationships, ensure high-quality service, and develop logistical solutions to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay informed on regional regulations, ensuring all business operations align with local compliance standards.

  • Support the setup and management of Glowstation Showrooms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, making quick, informed decisions in an evolving business landscape.


  • Sales and business development professional with a proven track record in retail, beauty, or FMCG.

  • Strong industry connections and a business network within the region.

  • Passion for K-Beauty and beauty industry trends.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to driving growth.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional operations.

  • Experience in logistics, retail operations, and distributor partnerships is a plus.

  • Fluent in English and the local language (German, Dutch, or French).
