Our Strategy & Performance team in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU!

  • Develop and enhance performance culture focusing on the project portfolio of the New Green Power and Gas (NGPG) department processes and systems
  • Support the alignment and optimization of Performance Management Systems across different NGPG functions, ensuring coherence from team level to senior management
  • Implement and monitor KPIs at both project and portfolio levels to drive performance insights and decision-making
  • Coordinate and deliver reporting activities within the NGPG and support relevant functional interfaces regarding overarching reporting obligations such as financial or sustainability
  • Drive the digitalization of the performance management system, enhancing data quality, automation and integration
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of performance improvement initiatives focusing on the project portfolio of the New Green Power and Gas (NGPG) department processes and systems
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, fostering alignment and adoption of performance management best practices

  • University degree with excellent grading
  • Professional experience of minimum 3-5 years, ideally within project or performance management with PMP certification
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder and change management
  • Understanding of energy markets, together with a sound commercial understanding is preferential
  • High level of commitment, team spirit and a proactive ‘can do' attitude as well as appreciation for working in an international environment
  • Ability to work on various topics in parallel with focus on quality and deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with continuous improvement mindset
  • Advanced skills in MS Office 365, Excel and PowerBI and strong drive for digitalisation
  • Professional command of English and German
  • Willingness to have lots of fun while driving meaningful change
