We are looking for a qualified and experienced
Lawyer (m/f/d)
to provide comprehensive legal support to Stock Spirits Germany, but also participate in various projects at the level of Stock Spirits Group. As the sole in-house lawyer for Germany, you will handle key legal matters, including international trading, business development, financial transactions, corporate projects and management of external legal advisors. In this function, you will collaborate with legal professionals from other countries where Stock Spirits operates.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for Stock Germany corporate organization and business transactions in Germany and abroad.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as Finance, Marketing, HR, and Sales.
- Draft, analyze, and assess legal documentation for various commercial contracts.
- Participate in contract negotiations, primarily in German and English.
- Work with lawyers and law firms in other jurisdictions.
Your Profile:
- Law degree (LLB, LLM, or equivalent).
- Practical knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
- Experience in the legal department or a law firm within a multinational company.
- Excellent English proficiency, including legal terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven reliability and independence in handling assigned tasks.
- Preferred: Expertise in FMCG-related trade agreements and compliance requirements.
- Preferred: Knowledge of international commercial law.
