Our Service Management & Integration Team is looking for you!
Work within the IT Communications & Digital Enablement team to provide up to date communications materials for the wider Uniper user base. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in weekly editorial plan meetings
- Participate and steer monthly ambassador call meetings
- Monitor incoming requests for support
- Produce communication materials together with Service Owners
- Provide training on new digital tools to user base
- Collaborate within the IT community to ensure communication needs are understood and delivered
- Support on the implementation of the Communications strategy
- IT knowledge of tools is a plus
- Good research skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good analysis skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
