The Demo Daten GmbH is a fictional company created by Personio to familiarize our customers with our software.
We are a long-established and growing European multi-channel player in the dynamic consumer health & wellness market. Under the umbrella of our successful group, which emerged from the merger of EVP Group and Vitafy Brands in 2022, our subsidiaries in Germany, England, Spain and Slovakia serve a diverse customer base in their respective target markets.
We have our own production facilities for important product categories. As a reliable B2B service partner (private label & CDMO), we support our customers in the drugstore, discount and food retail sectors, as well as in pharmacies and among branded goods manufacturers, in the development of innovative, trendy health and wellness products, thus offering tailored and customer-specific services. In addition, we have an extensive portfolio of our own brands in the areas of consumer healthcare, sports nutrition, weight management and healthy nutrition (such as Achterhof, Gymqueen, Bodylab, Vitawell or VIVE+), which are marketed online B2C and/or in international retail.
By combining our expertise and resources, we can optimise the efficiency, scalability and functional excellence of our B2B and B2C business across the entire group and in all channels. The cornerstones of our success are our consistent multi-channel approach, supported by our vertically integrated value chain with our own production base, and continuous growth through our buy and build strategy in Europe.
Your tasks and challenges:
• Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth
• Own the end-to-end process of CRM campaign management — from segmentation and content setup to execution and performance analysis
• Own the implementation and optimization of marketing automation programs
• Create segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and relevant messaging
• Analyze campaign performance, leverage data insights to iterate and optimize future initiatives
• Develop and execute CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships, boost retention, and enhance overall customer engagement
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, such as the Brand, BI, Tech and Customer Support teams, ensuring alignment across all CRM initiatives
• Identify untouched CRM opportunities by leveraging customer insights to optimize onboarding, cross-/ up-selling, and reactivation measures
• Establish and track KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and CLV
• Stay up to date with CRM and lifecycle marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate
• Completed vocational training or relevant degree
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in e-mail marketing, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of leveraging insights to optimize performance
• Experience in marketing automation platforms (Emarsys & Klaviyo is a plus)
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in English & German
