- You will join a diverse team and be guided by an experienced mentor who will help you unlock opportunities for both professional and personal growth.
- Over the course of four placements (including two abroad), tailored to your profile, you will build an international network and gain in-depth insights into projects, strategies, and cultures.
- Short-term placements in Production, Dealerships, and Customer Service will broaden your perspective while allowing you to experience the world through our customers' eyes.
- You will have the opportunity to participate in networking events to connect with like-minded professionals and enroll in specialised courses at our training academy.

Which topics can you expect?
- You will dive into one specific engineering area within the BMW Group. Together with you, we will select the field of work which suits you best. Fields such as Research and Development, E/E or Construction are waiting for you.
- You will be part of a highly skilled and supportive team working on a wide range of tasks around innova-tive technologies that will shape the future of mobility sustainably.
- Again, depending on your personal background, you will gain deep insights into exciting projects.
- With your innovative and creative ideas and mind, you will take on responsibility for challenging projects and complex tasks throughout the development projects and processes.
- A strong academic record in fields such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Economics, Biotechnology, Automotive Technology, E-Mobility, Mechatronics or similar.
- At least six months of relevant practical experience in an environment close to one of the working areas above.
- A minimum of four months of studying, working or travelling abroad.
