- As a Business Development apprentice, you will be responsible for new customer acquisitions and general business development. Actively acquiring customers across Europe with a focus on Northern Germany and Denmark.
The Role:
- Proactively cold call potential clients to generate leads and close deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare sales and forecast reports.
- Monitor market trends and provide valuable insights.
- Participate in trade shows and events.
- The ideal candidate will be someone who considers themselves to be proactive, efficient and takes the initiative. You may also consider yourself to be entrepreneurial, results-orientated and enjoy a challenge.
- Some experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Hunger for sales, business development and winning new customers.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving sales environment.
