  • As a Business Development apprentice, you will be responsible for new customer acquisitions and general business development. Actively acquiring customers across Europe with a focus on Northern Germany and Denmark.

The Role:

  • Proactively cold call potential clients to generate leads and close deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare sales and forecast reports.
  • Monitor market trends and provide valuable insights.
  • Participate in trade shows and events.

  • The ideal candidate will be someone who considers themselves to be proactive, efficient and takes the initiative. You may also consider yourself to be entrepreneurial, results-orientated and enjoy a challenge.
  • Some experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Hunger for sales, business development and winning new customers.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Resilience, confidence, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving sales environment.
  • Fluent German language skills and English to a professional level
