- Further development and implementation of the company-wide process management strategy for continuous process improvement
- Identification of process deviations and implementation of best practices
- Harmonization and standardization of processes across different locations
- Promoting a process-oriented corporate culture and supporting change processes within the organization
- Management and further development of a team of Business Process Managers and close cooperation with specialist departments
- Sound experience in process management, ideally in an international corporate environment
- Competence in the definition and implementation of KPIs for process control
- Analytical and strategic mindset to identify optimization potential and structure complex processes efficiently
- Leadership experience, change management expertise and skills in stakeholder management
