Head of international Sales (f/m/d)


As Head of International Sales, you drive the international growth of Cellpack Electrical Products (CEP) in markets without an established sales organization. You together with your team develop and implement sales strategies, enhance market presence, and ensure economic success. Your goal is to identify new markets, generate sales growth with current distributors and assess the potential for establishing local sales offces after achieving required sales volume.

  • Definition and prioritization of focus countries based on existing business and CEP target industrial segments
  • Conducting market and competitive analyses for focus countries
  • Market and customer segmentation to ensure clear prioritization for the sales team
  • Creation of business plans, defi nition and implementation of the sales strategy for the assigned countries and industrial segments
  • Market and business development and implementation of required actions by leading strategic initiatives and implementation core team
  • Full responsibility for order intake, revenue, contribution margin and cash collection
  • Efficient handling of customer inquiries and offers
  • Building and maintaining a customer-centric organization
  • Ensuring proper use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes
  • Continuous development of the global distributor business, including identifi cation and penetration of new target markets, as well as expansion with existing distribution partners
  • Preparation and participation in trade fairs and customer training events
  • Monitoring the selling costs and accountability for the budget

  • University degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering) or Business Administration, MBA is a plus
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Experience in establishing international distributors
  • Experience in project business and key account management
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce and ERP systems like SAP
