In this position, you work within our hybrid model "Highly Remote". The contractually agreed place of work will be Unterföhring near Munich or Berlin. Possible travel costs to the place of work will not be reimbursed.
This position is limited due to parental leave and can be filled part-time or full-time.
What you can expect in this role
- End-to-End Ownership: At Joyn a UX Researcher feels responsible for the research process end-to-end - from planning to execution and from analyzing to facilitating the implementation of your insights

- Senior UX Research Professionalism: You have several years of experience as a (Senior) UX Researcher and profound knowledge of the most common quantitative and qualitative research methods, experience in the media or streaming industry is a plus
- User-Centricity and Impact: You can independently lead user-centered research projects, identify and seize research opportunities, and translate findings into tangible, impactful actions
- Collaboration and Communication: Your excellent communication and collaboration skills help you to tell compelling user's stories, and to guide your stakeholders along our customer journeys
- Operational Efficiency: You are used to dealing with a variety of research tools, feel comfortable with coordinating external agencies, and are passionate about improving your and your team's ways of working constantly
- Bilingual Everyday: You feel comfortable conducting research activities in German, and communicating your findings in English
