We are looking for a Project Development Manager (f/m/d) for our Green Power & Heat division, which is one of the most important pillars for the implementation of the new Uniper strategy. Become part of the energy transition, manage development projects, contribute to Uniper's growth in Germany and implement Uniper's Clean Dispatchable Power strategy as part of a team.
- As a project developer, you are enthusiastic about the development and implementation of sustainable energy solutions, e.g. large-scale batteries, H2-ready gas-fired power plants, heat pumps, e-boilers
- You will guide the development of Clean Dispatchable Power projects from idea generation to the acceptance of your investment proposal
- You manage the interfaces to other corporate functions in the processing of investment proposals
- You structure the project plan and establish strong project governance
- You manage stakeholder interests in an integrative and goal-oriented manner
- You collect market information and support lobbying for political and regulatory developments in the respective markets
- Completed university degree in engineering, physics or a comparable qualification
- At least 4 years of in-depth knowledge in the development and management of large projects, preferably in the field of power generation, infrastructure or heavy industry
- Experience in functional leadership of international teams
- Understanding of the technical and commercial requirements of development activities
- Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking combined with the ability to prioritise
- Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent team player, strong stakeholder management skills
- Professional command of German and English
