  • Join a dynamic team as a Regional Product Manager, driving growth and innovation in Packaging Adhesives and Hotmelt technology in Europe
  • Develop and execute the regional product strategy for Henkel's European Packaging Adhesives (SBU APP) in line with global technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the business objectives
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including portfolio strategy, phase-in/phase-out processes, and complexity reduction to optimize regional offerings
  • Facilitate new product launches and roll-out initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing setup processes within internal systems
  • Support product ramp-ups and site transfers, providing clear input to Manufacturing and Purchasing on regional supply chain needs
  • Coordinate adjustments within the operations network for Packaging Adhesives Europe
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and manage regional cost saving projects
  • Manage regional product profitability, monitoring margins and collaborating with Purchasing, Operations, and Pricing Management to ensure financial targets are met

  • Master's degree in chemical engineering or a related technical/scientific discipline (required). Additional qualifications in economic studies or related fields are advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Product Line Management, Marketing, Product Development, Technical Customer Service, or related fields
  • Experience with adhesives and packaging industries is preferred. Direct knowledge of hotmelt technology is a must, preferably with experience in pricing
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Complex problem-solving skills with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in English is required, proficiency in German is advantageous
