YOUR ROLE – How you'll make an impact at ZaWin

At ZaWin your work transforms the way thousands of dentists lead their practices. You will help them focus on what they most like and signed up for – actual dental work – by ensuring a smooth implementation of our benchmark management software into dentists' office processes.

You'll be the crucial puzzle piece by bridging our benchmark setting software development and our customers.You will be responsible for implementing new Azure Cloud managed solutions and providing remote and hands-on technical support to our dentist practices. Your expertise in IT systems, your ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and your excellent communication skills will be key to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dentist IT infrastructures. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES –What you'll do

  • You will be the project responsible for new implementations: do site surveys, design the solution, coordinate eco partners, install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripherals as per client requirements and our standards.
  • You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and systems issues.
  • You will provide resolution to support requests.
  • You will implement system upgrades.
  • Work with our cloud management systems monitoring the IT environments of the dentist practices.
  • You will offer technical advice and recommendations tailored to dentist practice requirements.
  • You will provide trainings to users in new and existing IT systems and software applications.
  • You'll be a feedback channel for our customers and your ideas and input help us improve our products and processes.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS –What you'll bring

  • Due to work permit regulations, this position is only open to candidates with EU citizenship or an unrestricted right to work in Switzerland.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar role, preferably in a SMB environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and various software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and fluent in German
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Keen interest in staying updated with the latest technology trends.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.

Certifications in the following areas preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
