Get started with HDI Central Functions! HDI Central Functions cover the organisational areas of the company. These include the functions Human Resources, Internal Services, Purchasing, Accounting and Collections / Disbursements. - Leadership and accountability: Take disciplinary, organisational, and budgetary responsibility for the software development of our teams within the Agile Release Trains (ART) Reinsurance and Finance, focusing on SAP and Java-based systems
- Employee development: Encourage both professional and personal growth of your team members, promoting self-organised and accountable work practices
- Cultivating trust: Support and foster a feedback-orientated culture of trust with open communication structures within your team
- Collective growth: Work strategically on the development of all software developers in collaboration with other people leads and the ART leadership
- Proactive collaboration: Ensure future-orientated and needs-based collaboration with the agile leaders to advance our agile organisation
- Education: Successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar education and training
- Experience: Several years of relevant leadership experience, particularly in the context of agile software development teams (SAFe preferred)
- Technical skills: Knowledge of development methods and software architecture, esp. for the SAP Platform (SAP FI, FS-RI, FS-CD, RISE, BTP preferred)
- Leadership skills: Strong leadership personality focused on collaboration, mentoring, and empowerment
- Communication skills: Well-developed communication and conflict management skills
- Language skills: Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level)
