In this role, you will be responsible for the nationwide procurement of subcontractor services, focusing on customer projects related to electrical installation and MSR technology. You will coordinate customer needs with project teams, manage tenders, negotiate, and oversee the procurement process while ensuring compliance with company and customer specifications.
  • Nationwide purchasing of subcontractor services within the framework of customer projects, primarily in the areas of electrical installation and MSR technology.
  • Coordination of project-related customer needs with the project teams
  • Managing tenders, negotiating, and procurement purchase requisition processes, taking into account company and customer specifications
  • Further development of our supplier portfolio and maintenance
  • Achieve and report purchasing savings
  • Operational processing of order requests in the respective purchasing systems
  • Carrying out purchasing-specific analyzes and reports

  • Commercial or technical degree with commercial components. Career changers with an affinity for purchasing are welcome
  • First experience in procurement, ideally in ​​sourcing subcontractors/services
  • Negotiation skills and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team and motivation for personal development
  • Confident handling of MS Office packages (especially Excel)
  • Very good German and good English language skills, both spoken and written
  • High level of commitment and independent working style
