Jobbeschreibung

At Statista, we're all about facts and data, for we are the world's leading business data platform. By providing reliable and easy-to-use data as well as various data analytics products and services, we empower people worldwide to make fact-based decisions.

Founded in Hamburg in 2007, we have quickly grown into a global company with offices in major cities such as London, New York, Berlin and Tokyo. And we still have a lot of plans. Our constant growth does not only prove our success, but also keeps creating new development and career opportunities for our employees.

We value and celebrate our diverse culture. You are welcome here for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or whether you prefer bar graphs to pie charts. Your story matters – keep writing it as part of our team.

Are you ready to join us?

In this role, you will play a key part in implementing our ambitious roadmap. You will contribute your expertise to our projects and actively shape the department.

Your tasks include:

  • Actively participating in exciting projects to modernize and further develop our client infrastructure

  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions for challenges in the Windows and macOS environment, including their management systems

  • Driving key projects from our roadmap for our primarily cloud-based client management systems

  • Contributing to the implementation of security standards to minimize vulnerabilities and ensure compliance requirements are met

  • Proactively bringing ideas and expertise into the team and systems

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in IT, along with several years of relevant professional experience in IT, particularly in client management

  • Strong knowledge of client administration (Windows 10/11, macOS), ideally with relevant vendor certifications from Microsoft, Apple, or Jamf (willingness to obtain certification is required)

  • Experience in administering established client management systems, preferably Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Jamf Pro

  • High willingness to learn and an interest in continuous development

  • Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a readiness to take on responsibility

Your Team

Our IT department stands for high performance, open communication, and continuous development: we don't just talk about innovation, we make it happen!
We place great importance on a good cultural fit: if you have a passion for IT, enjoy working independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment, you are the right fit for us. We're not looking for robots, but real team players who want to crush projects and have fun doing it!

What we offer

In addition to our great team, culture, and our shared goal of empowering people with data, there are many other things that make Statista a great place to work! Join us and benefit from:

  • Work from abroad 10 days a year (up to 30 if your family lives abroad)

  • Hybrid work and flex-time

  • International team and social events

  • Career & training opportunities

  • Attractive locations and modern offices

  • Mental health support by Fürstenberg Institute
