- Lead the Sustainability Project Management Office to position TÜV SÜD as a sustainability thought leader and strengthen internal sustainability capabilities.
- Shape and direct the global sustainability services portfolio, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance leadership and market strategy.
- Develop and drive strategic initiatives across business units and regions, managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Steer the implementation of the global sustainability strategy, establishing governance and processes for operational excellence.
- Build collaboration platforms, fostering strong networks and ensuring alignment across divisions and regions.
- Conduct comprehensive research and track global market developments and regulations to inform and enhance sustainability service positioning
- Communicate with senior leadership, motivate employees, and support the acquisition of lighthouse projects.
- University degree in management, finance, environmental science, or engineering.
- 5+ years of strategy consulting experience at a client-facing level.
- 3+ years of sustainability project experience, ideally in decarbonization strategy & technology (e.g., carbon management, renewable energy, energy infrastructure).
- Excellent project management skills in multi-stakeholder, multi-geography environments.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and data handling skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with strong interpersonal, storytelling, and conflict management abilities.
