Working Student Climate & Sustainability d/f/m

We are primarily responsible for overall corporate governance, strategic decision-making, and setting the company's long-term goals and objectives. RWE Group provides leadership and direction for the entire corporate structure and determines how resources – financial, human, and technological – are distributed among the different Operating Companies to align with strategic priorities.

  • Support of climate-related tasks and projects, e.g. analysis of climate scenarios, physical and transition climate risk assessment and RWE Group's emission forecast.
  • Conduct research on climate-related topics and summarise key findings.
  • Prepare climate and sustainability events, e.g. Climate Week NYC and COP Climate conference.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other materials related to climate and sustainability initiatives.

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. environmental or climate science, economics, engineering, or a related field).
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for climate and sustainability topics.
  • Good understanding of the climate landscape and basic familiarity with scenarios and risk standards.
  • Fluent in English.
