In order to achieve our ambitious investment goals, the Investment Team of Wascosa Group, Aves One, is searching for promising candidates to support our Investment, Financing & Treasury department in Hamburg or Lucerne.
We are looking for generalists who are not afraid of trying something new. Experience with logistics assets is a plus but not necessary.
Your Role· Contribute to the development of our investment strategy with distinct focus on the European infrastructure market
· Support in the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities based on risk/ return criteria and management of M&A / Due Diligence processes taking relevant considerations such as financing, legal requirements, risk, ESG etc. into account
· Preparation of Investment Committee and Board related documents
· Monitor existing investments against relevant performance measures and risk limits and be first point of contact for questions in this area for relevant stakeholders (mainly financial institutions and shareholders)
· Partially responsible for interdisciplinary tasks related to group business planning, financing, treasury and Investor Relation matters
Your Profile
· Excellent master's degree in relevant field of study (economics, business administration/ management & finance)
· 0 to 4 years of professional experience in the investment banking, deal advisory („Big 4“), private equity or corporate M&A industry
· Experience in the infrastructure industry or portfolio management is an advantage
· Strong investment and valuation knowledge, practical experience of Investment Management is an advantage
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office
· Strong team player and skilled communicator
· Entrepreneurial thinking, personal drive and "getting things done" attitude
· Strong results orientation and focus on implementation, ability to work towards tight deadlines
· Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
