ODDO BHF is an independent European financial group active in the areas of Private Wealth Management, Asset Management and Corporates & Investment Banking. We are a transversal team within ODDO BHF with the mission to enable all business lines to improve their process efficiency. For that purpose, we are establishing a Lean Value Stream program to foster cross-functional teams, taking the responsibility to continuously improve end-to-end business processes. Our goal is to establish the value stream concept as the key approach to process optimization within ODDO BHF. In parallel, we have established a state-of-the-art platform to digitize business workflows based on Camunda as the workflow orchestrator and Retool as the low-code user interface builder. Here our objective here is to significantly accelerate the workflow digitalization.
- Take the role as Lead Lean Coach to support our growing number of cross-functional value stream teams to effectively run through the Lean Improvement Cycle
- Measure and monitor relevant process metrics to assess the impact of the value stream program on process efficiency
- Ramp-up new value stream streams and onboard new participants
- Increase the level of “Lean know-know” within ODDO BHF by providing trainings and communications on Lean concepts, methods and applications
- Support values stream teams and other process owner to digitize their workflows on top of our digitalization platform
- 3-5 years of Lean Coach experience (ideally in financial services industry), and therefore experienced with application of lean concepts and methods
- Master or Bachelor degree (all academic backgrounds)
- Experienced with calculation, and analyzing process metrics
- Experienced with workflow analysis and design using BPMN
- Proficient in written and spoken English and either German or French (ideally both)
- Motivation to master workflow digitalization on top of our process digitalization platform (Camunda/Retool)
- Willingness to tralvel, approximately 5 days per quarter
