- You are in a central role within the transformation process and the introduction and implementation of the Berkenhoff Business System
- Development, implementation and continuous further improvement of LEAN strategies and processes in close cooperation with the COO, lean experts and department heads
- Actively supporting the organisation and managers in the operational implementation of lean tools and processes
- Training and coaching of employees and managers
- Ensuring and conducting value stream analyses and workshops (e.g. Kaizen, 5S, SMED)
- Identifying potential for improvement along the entire value chain
- Moderation and support of projects to increase efficiency and optimise processes
- Ensuring and analysing key figures and deriving and implementing suitable measures
Your profile – technical
- M.Sc. specialising degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or MBA or comparable education and training
- Several years of relevant experience (5+) in LEAN management and in the application of common LEAN management methods (e.g. Kaizen, VSM, PSP, TPM, shop floor management)
- Proven knowledge of process optimisation and project management
- Practical experience in supporting transformation processes
- Fluent written and verbal English (another foreign language is an advantage)
- Confident handling of common IT systems and tools (e.g. ERP systems, MS Office)
