We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of alarm and emergency notification system projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage customer expectations, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will be responsible for technical coordination and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Your tasks:
- Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of complex customer projects within the emergency notification area.
- Align project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project deliverabes accross different teams, including Engineering, Development, and IT Operations.
- Implement some of the technical deliverables by yourself.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee system integration, testing, and deployment of technical solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate training for end-users.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project processes.
- hold a Bachelor's degree or professional education in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- have proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in alarm, security, or emergency notification systems.
- keep experiences in working with cloud-based and/or on-premise alarm systems (a big advantage but not a must).
- possess a strong understanding of system integration, networking, and communication technologies.
- have experience in managing complex customer projects.
- keep excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- have strong communication abilities in English is a must.
- are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- have experience with industry regulations and compliance standards, which is a plus.
- are willing to travel (~20-30%).
