As the Yield Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our yield management strategy with direct reporting to the Head of Advertising. Your expertise in analyzing and optimizing technical setups and your operational oversight of yield partners will be key to maximizing revenue for our global platform.
Your responsibilities:

Analyzing and optimizing the technical setup by collaborating with technical suppliers and internal IT.

Carry out A/B tests with the aim of making specific conclusions for the technical setup.

Optimize pricing and product strategies in the Ad Server, SSPs, and other tools to maximize yield.

Harmonize direct bookings (IO) and programmatic deals by aligning strategies in a seamless, integrated manner.

Manage yield partners by overseeing their operational activities and providing continuous support while aligning efforts with the overall advertising strategy.

Identify and develop vendors by actively searching for, cultivating, and managing relationships with them and yield partners to drive growth.

Protect Statista's brand reputation by rigorously enforcing exclusion policies and data protection requirements and ensuring Ad Quality standards are respected.

Oversee and prepare accurate billing processes for service providers and yield partners, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Technical expertise in Ad Server settings and price optimization for Programmatic Advertising

In-depth operational experience in dealing with Google Ad Manager (GAM360)

Hands-on experience working with yield partners and service provider in AdTech, especially SSPs
-
3 - 5 years of professional experience in programmatic advertising within media agencies, publishers, or AdTech companies

Eagerness to challenge established processes and willingness to explore new approaches

University degree or provable education in media-related fields
