- Project planning and resource management: You will work with the technical team to achieve project scope, objectives, milestones and budget requirements. You will ensure that all necessary resources are allocated effectively.
- Stakeholder communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all relevant stakeholders and project team members throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Project execution and documentation: Oversee the implementation of project specifications, including the creation and management of key documentation such as technical reviews, risk logs, defect logs and change requests. You will ensure that project timelines are met and that all required documentation is complete.
- Progress monitoring and risk management: You will continuously monitor project progress and compliance with the project scope, identify deviations and initiate corrective actions. You will escalate risks to management as required to ensure timely decision-making.
- Vendor coordination and technical support: Negotiate with vendors and customers, identify new vendors for project solutions, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure successful project delivery.
- You have a relevant university/college degree (e.g., electrical engineering or mechatronics) or have equivalent practical and professional knowledge and experience in this field.
- You have relevant experience in which you have demonstrated your expertise and skills in the industry.
- You have a very good command of English, German would be an advantage.
- You have a sound understanding of processes, technologies, and products (robotic automation) relevant to your area of expertise and apply recognized planning, analysis and project management principles to achieve results.
- You will have a good mix of business, commercial, sales and technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of your assigned product and/or software portfolios (CAD, simulation software, PLC programming) as well as an awareness of relevant legislation and regulations impacting the Robot Welding Systems business.
- Knowledge of Panasonic robots and DTPS programming is an advantage
- A willingness to travel 30–40 % / year rounds off your profile.
