We are looking for a dedicated successor for the position of Corporate Intranet & Employee Channels Manager in the Internal Communications & Corporate Events team of GEA Group. In this role, you will actively shape the Group's internal communications, develop innovative channels and create added value for our workforce worldwide.

Main tasks:

  • Developing and implementing the global strategy for employee channels

  • Introduction and further development of new and existing digital communication channels

  • Maintenance and monitoring of existing global channels (especially SharePoint based intranet)

  • Supporting the business units in content creation and maintenance

  • Creating editorial content, in particular editing videos and texts

  • Support at company events such as the annual Global Leadership Summit


• Experience: experience in internal communications, project management and digital platforms (especially SharePoint and Viva Engage).
• Skills: Creativity, strategic thinking and a strong sense for target group-oriented communication.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English (other languages an advantage).
• Qualifications: A degree in communications, media informatics or a related subject.
• Software: Experience with video editing programs such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
