To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Monheim, we are looking for a Sales Talent with a Protein Science background (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

Cube Biotech is a biotechnology company located in Monheim, Germany. We are manufacturers of high-quality products for purification and stabilization of proteins. Customers of our products are university laboratories, the research-based pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology companies.

In order to be able to supply customers all over the world with our products, we are looking for you to support our team.


  • Building customer relationships by understanding both short-term and long-term needs/ goals to best position Cube Biotech‘s products
  • Maintain and develop incremental business in existing and new accounts

  • Be the point of contact for our product customers and provide scientific support for inquiries via email, chat and phone

  • Achieve sales targets through application of consultative selling methods

  • Work closely with the full Commercial Team to ensure we provide a coordinated approach to customers and promote all the solutions Cube Biotech can provide.

  • Customer visits will include approx. 10-20% of working time

  • Ensure that customers understand the value proposition, features & benefits, competitive advantages, and applications of all relevant products

  • Be in contact with the people in the lab to discuss scientific questions from our customers

  • Research on customer-specific topics, mainly in the field of „membrane proteins “

  • Represent Cube Biotech at trade fairs (internationally)


  • Bachelor's degree (or advanced) in a science related field required
  • Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of sales experience in the Life Science tools space and with 2+ years selling in related market and space.

  • Understanding of customer workflows and the applications supported in research, development, and production of pharmaceutical drugs and biologics

  • Broad understanding of a variety of scientific techniques and research areas of interest (e.g., Affinity Chromatography, Membrane Protein Stabilization/Solubilization; Cryo-EM; Biophysical characterization methods like MST, SPR, AS-MS, BLI)

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on understanding buyer needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.

  • Ability to map key accounts, identify business potential, and execute territory business plans.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in areas of negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving

  • Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint and HubSpot a plus

  • Capable and interested in working in a team environment

  • Highly motivated, independent, with a strong desire to succeed.
