Our Renewables Team is looking for you!

  • Identify and assess the potential for photovoltaic (PV) systems in specified federal states in Germany, from land acquisition to the start of planning (land-use procedure) for FF-PV projects.
  • Provide ongoing support during project development.
  • Generate and acquire projects, and build relationships to convince external stakeholders to collaborate and integrate.
  • Establish initial contact with property owners and municipal politicians.
  • Conduct site assessments and secure contractual agreements to ensure land acquisition and facilitate planning procedures.
  • Leverage relevant experience in land acquisition or new customer acquisition.
  • Present project plans to internal corporate committees, guiding the process until handover to project development.
  • Represent the company externally at trade fairs, community meetings, information events, and to external stakeholders.

  • Completed apprenticeship and/or degree in geography, geology, spatial planning, urban planning, or a comparable field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in land acquisition or project development within renewable energy or other outdoor construction projects in Germany.
  • Skilled in presenting and proposing projects to stakeholders with ease and confidence.
  • Strong communicator, able to strike the right tone in discussions with both external partners and internal teams.
  • Goal-oriented, with the ability to independently drive and pursue project objectives.
  • Willing to travel regularly to represent projects on-site and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Enjoy working in a diverse team environment and contributing to collaborative success.
