- You will identify, start, and manage projects to improve the department. This includes planning, coordinating with different teams, and making sure projects are successfully implemented and measured.
- You will represent the business side in the organization, join important meetings, and ensure that key topics are understood and our voice is heard.
- You have a strong understanding of our processes (especially in the marketplace) and can analyze them from a high-level perspective.
- You will work closely with teams like IT, Data Analytics, Platform, Retail, and Finance to move projects forward.
Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English and German to communicate effectively in an international environment
Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels
Technical understanding: Strong technical expertise; marketplace experience and/or AdTech experience is a plus
Work experience: Relevant professional experience in a similar role is desirable
Education: Degree or training in a relevant field (Business, IT)
