For our office in Berlin Mitte we are looking for a

(Junior) UX/CX Designer (m/f/d)


  • Create user-centred concepts for our website, banking, application processes and app that provide best-in-class user experience on all devices
  • Define and implement concepts for optimizing the customer journey with user flows, wireframes, prototypes and screen designs
  • Plan, conduct, and analyse qualitative and quantitative UX research in form of interviews, surveys and usability tests
  • Define changes, refinements, and ongoing improvements for existing touchpoints
  • Define tracking requirements and KPIs for the user journey
  • Author, iterate, and maintain UX documentation including user process flows, touch point mappings and personas
  • Generate project requirements, engage stakeholders and drive creative brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams
  • Provide timely feedback on deliverables during all stages of the design lifecycle
  • Ensure that design guidelines, latest accessibility W3C rules and Lloyds policies are adhered to
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Owners, Front End Developers and Data Analysts
  • Work as part of an agile delivery team and liaise with design and coding tasks

  • University degree in Digital Media, Web Design or adequate interaction design experience with experience in UX design across online and mobile platforms, ideally in a number of industries
  • Proficiency with design tools, such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly justify design rationale
  • Experience in working with application developers to deliver completed U/X designs
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile user experience design
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed with new trends, products and markets
  • Experience in working in an agile development environment
  • Fluency in English, German language skills a plus
