Client Service Manager (all genders) at Securities Services

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Building client knowledge and trustful relationships
- Understanding the client strategy and requirements to enable BNP Paribas - Securities Services to deliver on the promises to meet client needs
- Manage the clients' expectation and bring the Voice of the Customer into the organisation
- Act with credibility at all levels of the client organisation
- Understand client needs and motivators to act as a trusted support
- Carry-out KYC obligations and endorse continuous vigilance responsibility
- Monitoring the performance of the service delivery and client satisfaction
- Organising regular formal service performance reviews with clients according to strategic priorities and client needs, including preparation of the review and follow up on agreed action plans
- Facilitate and drive the client meetings (e.g. service review, project committee)
- Overseeing prompt resolution to clients' complaints, and efficient response to requests
- Documenting, coordinating, and overseeing resolution of problems or issues by Operations and affecting the quality of the service delivered and the overall client experience
- Engaging the IT and Operations local/global teams in the pursuit of service quality delivery and improvement
- Collecting client feedback via service review scorecards, client satisfaction surveys as well as feedback from the various teams in direct contact with the client
- Ensuring an aligned service delivery and communication approach to clients
- Lead negotiation of agreements with the clients
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Degree in economics or a similar discipline and/or industrial vocational training
- Strong and extensive experience in an independent client servicing/Relationship managing role in an investment/depository institution
- Knowledge of institutional clients, main profiles, needs, relevant products and services for institutional clients
- In-depth knowledge of the investment market and of relevant legal regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal expression and communication skills
- Fluent in both German and English (C1 Level required)
