As an HR Generalist (Junior Specialist), you will play a key role in supporting with essential HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will support employee engagement, talent management, and compliance to help build a thriving and motivated workforce.

  • Support to maintain accurate employee records, reviewing leave requests, handle employee inquiries, and support with continuous improvement processes.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, support to draft HR policies, and address employee concerns professionally.
  • Support in recruitment processes, including manpower reports, job postings, and interviews
  • Assist in performance management, training programs, and initiatives for employee development.
  • Provide HR support for onboarding, offboarding, and status changes while managing HR Information systems.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support initiatives and decision-making.
  • Assist in administration, ensuring employee enrollment and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle employee communication, maintain the HR intranet, and coordinate HR-related events.


  • Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and German with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Korean would be a plus.
  • Experience in HR-related functions is beneficial, preferably as an HR Generalist or a similar position.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS), payroll systems, and/or applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to track HR metrics and generate reports.
