- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international positions across various departments worldwide

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top international talent

Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates

Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria

Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to signature

Stay up to date with global recruitment trends and best practices

Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness as a global employer.

Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and initiatives
- Min 1-2 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment and for Sales positions

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously

Fluent in English, very good German would be advantegous

Experienced with an applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Strong cultural awareness and ability to work in a global team
