  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international positions across various departments worldwide
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top international talent

  • Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria

  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to signature

  • Stay up to date with global recruitment trends and best practices

  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness as a global employer.

  • Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and initiatives


  • Min 1-2 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment and for Sales positions
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously

  • Fluent in English, very good German would be advantegous

  • Experienced with an applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to work in a global team
