Our Trading IT Team is looking for you!
We are looking for a very experience Senior Manager/Program Manager to own and deliver some of the large/complex Trading programs.
Trading IT is a global function that looks at delivering technology solution for our Trading business. These include Gas, Power, Coal, LNG, Renewables and locations in Germany, UK and NA.
We are looking for good communicators that understand the Energy trading business and the systems that are used. A structured approach to project methodology, change management is important.
You should have delivered large enterprise scale programs and projects and dealt with complex stakeholders and international teams.
- Own and steer large Trading programs (2m Eur plus)
- Manage complex Trading programs, create new strategies to deal with program complexities
- Business partner for the programs
- Create program governance and change management processes
- Create Program Strategic initiatives and/or being responsible for the deliveries of the Team
- Manage and coordinate the Interface to 3rd Party Suppliers (Software Vendors, Integration Partners and external Consultancies)
- Manage and coordinate the Interface to global teams and senior stakeholders
- Effectively combining the Domain knowledge with the capability of steering the Team and the subsequent Project delivery
- Budget responsibility for the programs
- Work with Project Managers, Technical and Business SMEs to deliver project
- University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, business a plus
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Energy Trading IT
- Minimum 5 years ETRM experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- A few year experience with ETRM or Short term trading systems
- Must have worked and steered offshore teams
- Must have owned significant project deliverables in large programs
- Knowledge of Energy trading technology
- Can do attitude and driven to succeed
- Effective communicator and influencer
- An integrative and pragmatic personality with the ability to effectively implement change and effective stakeholder manager
- Strong team player able to demonstrate experience of working in an international team
- Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of additional languages would be a plus
