As Trade Marketing & Design Coordinator, your role will be is to support our B2B marketing strategy, ensuring our sales channel is supported with high-quality marketing materials for both online and offline use and trade show execution. The ideal candidate is experienced in graphic design, content management, and catalogue design and thrives in a fast-paced environment working to support both the Marketing and Sales functions. Importantly, this role acts as a liaison between Marketing and Sales, ensuring timely and relevant marketing support and deliverables for external partners and media.


Key Responsibilities

1.Marketing Collateral Development & Asset Management

  • Design, create, and deploy marketing materials (online + offline) for print, web, Sena partners, and trade shows, including but not limited to: Fliers, brochures // Data sheets //Point-of-purchase materials
  • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and support the overall marketing strategy
  • Manage marketing collateral assets, including imagery from trade shows, partner events, and promotional campaigns, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and properly archived

2.Content & Data Management

  • Oversee content management by uploading, organizing, and maintaining assets in the company's BrandFolder tool to ensure proper storage, accessibility, and version control
  • Handle data management, including maintaining accurate records of marketing materials, partner assets, and product-related content
  • Organize and manage folders and subfolders for streamlined access to marketing assets, trade show materials, and promotional conten

3.Trade Show & Event Support

  • Act as a support function to assist the Marketing team in all aspects of trade shows and industry events, including but not limited to: Booth design and setup // Logistics and coordination // Designing promotional materials // On-site support and travel (where necessary)

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation and data management or related roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other similar tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a highly dynamic environment
